The LesKar dashboard is a simple yet effective tool for collecting, tabulating and surfacing metrics associated with the performance and health of your organization. The LesKar Dashboard is designed to provide the leadership of an organization with insight to the condition of teams, processes, projects, individual performance and overall sustainability of the organization. The dashboard generates metrics at both the organizational level and on a per project or product basis.

The dashboard derives the information from evaluations submitted by employees throughout your organization. There are a variety of evaluations that are included in the application. Our technical services group can quickly modify or customize any evaluation to fit your organizational needs.

Evaluations are associated with both projects and people that allow your employees to answer numerical score questions. Space is provided at the end of each evaluation to provide feedback for those questions that are scored a “3” or less on a scale from 1 to 5, which gives the person evaluating an opportunity to provide examples as well as suggest solutions.
